Our range
The motor controllers offered by EMT convert a direct voltage (DC) into an adjustable 3-phase alternating voltage (AC).
They can be used to drive AC induction motors (AC), permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSM) as well as brushless DC motors (BLDC).
The motor controllers have a wide voltage range which allows the use for different battery voltages. With the option to add forced water cooling to the motor controller, the power for the drive can be further extended.
The motor controller features an auto-tuning function that automatically identifies the most parameters of the motor. In addition, you can run the motors sensorless or through a UVW encoder over the speed range and work excellent at
The EMT software tool is freely available without licenses when you use our controls. “Made in the Netherlands” also applies to the motor controller and the software.

To test our electric motors and motor controllers, EMT offers extensive in-house testing facilities. Various test benches and multiple power supplies allow us to apply a wide range of low and high voltages at different power levels.
We are happy to share our expertise with customers through measurements of new prototypes or motors of interest. Examples of our testing services include measuring motor or full drive system efficiency, conducting temperature measurements, and optimizing performance.
